– Where are you from?

I am from the great city of Johnstown PA

– Tell a little about your family and life

I was born in Johnstown PA in 1993 I grew up in Richland township where I was the baby of the family. I have one older sister and three older brothers. I got saved in 2002 at a Christian Motorcycle Association rally in North Carolina. Graduated from Johnstown Christian School in 2012. Attended Hesston College in Hesston Kansas majoring in Youth Ministry.

– What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love spending time outdoors whether that is fishing or hunting. I also love spending time with my nieces and nephews

– Favorite Scripture?

Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”

– What do you enjoy the most about working at KMC?

Getting to work with all our wonderful youth and getting to see the passion they have week in and week out about God!

– Who is a hero of yours?

I have two heroes in my life. My first hero would be my mom who did an awesome job raising my sister and I by her self, supporting us throughout life’s journey and putting me through private school! My second hero would be my grandfather William Thomas who played a big role in my life. He was the man who is responsible for me being saved today. He also taught me the value of being a Godly man and husband by showing me what that looked like through his everyday life. He was also my biggest supporter throughout my college career and knew that I could go for him for anything.

What’s something quirky about you or something we may not know?

I am a second degree black belt in martial arts and my favorite toy was a clown growing up

– What is your HOPE for Kaufman Mennonite Church

My HOPE for Kaufman Mennonite Church is that we as church would become a world changer to everyone we come in contact with that they may come to know the love of Christ.
