This ministry oversees the Paraklesis Counseling Ministry of Kaufman Mennonite Church. Rosellen Lehman who holds an M.A. in counseling and is licensed to counsel through Allegheny Mennonite Conference is available to provide counsel to the population of our congregation and also that of the community. Organizes activities to promote fellowship among our church community. These activities include celebrations, the church picnic, Bible studies and seasonal events among others.

The Library Ministry reads, reviews and selects books for our church library providing and encouraging wholesome and spiritually uplifting reading for the congregation. The ministry organizes the Book Discussion Group that meets each month at the church. The group is open to men and women who like to read and discuss good books
Provides a time of fellowship, Bible study, and prayer for men from the church and community. The group meets the first Saturday of each month.
Supports the mission statement of MCC by providing opportunities for our congregation to learn and also contribute financially to the organization.
This ministry organizes and directs opportunity for the congregation to share financially and through work projects with those who are in need or with those in mission work.
The ministry provides a time of concentrated, fun-filled, Bible learning during the summer.
Women in Missions is a ministry that belongs to all the women of the church and meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9-3 to sew and quilt, stopping briefly for a short devotional and lunch. Quilters also meet the other Wednesdays from 9am to 12:00 noon. When not busy sewing, quilting or knotting, this group is also responsible for funeral meals, an annual birthday party and Christmas ministry to honor Laurel View Village residents and creating school, hygiene, sewing and infant kits to be sent abroad. The focus of the group is to serve the local and global community through handcrafted quilts and comforters with earnings from the items donated to various nonprofit agencies. Experienced quilters and newcomers are always welcome with plenty of projects for everyone.
The ministry plans Bible studies and events that provide opportunity for women to develop friendships and grow in their own spiritual relationship with Christ.
